The South West is Great

In 2024, we were commissioned by the Great South West Partnership – the pan-regional partnership covering Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset – to create a prospectus of investible propositions from across the Great South West. 

The Great South West is a powerhouse region with a £64bn economy, home to nationally strategic investable opportunities in the UK’s key growth sectors.

Working to a tight deadline to deliver a prospectus ahead of the annual UKREiiF Conference in Leeds, we collaborated with numerous regional partners to bring information about assets and propositions together in one place. Through our work, we also helped to uncover a narrative for the region, and to identify areas of specific sector strength. The prospectus focused on the significant contribution the Great South West can make to the national priorities of defence, food and energy security.
